The YWCA Mardi Gras Celebration returns for another year of delights. Join us at the Alliance Country Club for an evening of fun beginning at 6:00 p.m. as we create an atmosphere to transport you to the Big Easy.  The evening will start with entertainment, hors d’oeuvres, music, the Bourbon Street ticket auction, and the silent auction.  We’ve been working to secure a wide range of items and services for this year’s event that we hope will tempt you to make a bid!  For a preview of items, checkout our Facebook page or request a listing be sent to you when you make your reservation.

Dinner will reflect the night’s theme and be served in courses beginning a little after 7:00 PM. Following dessert, we will hold the live auction.  One of the highlights this year is a once in a lifetime experience, a week in paradise at Villa Paraiso  in Manzanillo, Mexico.  The villa’s six full suites make it the perfect friends’ or family vacation.  Contact the YWCA at 330-823-1840 for a bidder’s brochure.

New this year to the YWCA Mardi Gras Celebration is the chance to win a travel voucher worth $1000. Some restrictions apply.  Sales are limited to 200 tickets and open to the general public.  You can purchase tickets at the YWCA front desk or from any Board member.  You do not need to attend the event to purchase.

Tickets for our bi-annually YWCA Mardi Gras Celebration event are limited. In recent years, we’ve sold out.  Be sure to get your reservations in early to secure your seat. If you would like an invitation mailed to you, please call 330-823-1840.  Reservations are required.
