GROUP RENTAL FEES FOR THE ALLIANCE YWCA FACILITY

    1. The following fees will serve as a guideline for the executive director and/or Board of Directors. Fees may be increased, reduced, or waived at either’s discretion as the circumstances dictate.
    2. In lieu of a monetary fee, a social service group may be given other options for “payment” such as but not limited to:
    • Helping with YWCA fundraiser or activity
    • Providing service to the YWCA
    • Performing a specific task for the YWCA
    1. If food service is provided the room rental fee may be waived depending upon the group and length of time the room is used.
    2. Rates include the price of one staff or Board member on the premises unless otherwise indicated
    3. Rates are for the use of the space for four consecutive hours. Additional charges may be added for extra hours.
