Meals on Wheels Plus
Meals on Wheels promotes senior nutrition and health by delivering nutritious meals to seniors’ homes or to the YWCA congregate dining site.
Seniors remain independent, feel connected to their community, and age-in-place through a network of support.
For more information, call 330-823-1840 Monday – Thursday 9AM-5PM.
“I have always cooked meals for my husband, a former farmer who loves to eat. When I broke my hip I worried how to feed him. We contacted the YWCA, what a blessing! The meals are balanced and very tasty, so he still got to eat well. The blessed volunteers who deliver our meals are so nice, we wait to greet them daily! Our thanks go out to all who work with the Meals on Wheels program.”
