YWCA Alliance is on a mission to eliminate racism and empower women. While local YWCAs are independent non-profits, YWCAs’ across the nation share one mission.  We improve women’s lives, stand up for justice, and strengthen communities.  We change lives.

In order to optimize our local effectiveness, we focus on three impact areas:

equipping youth,

driving economic stability and advancement,

and promoting senior nutrition and health.
